Subtext Theatre

Mon 6th & Tues 7th Aug
10.25pm (1 hr)

Performed by actor/musicians and set in a time and place different from ours, yet very recognisable, a group of teenagers journey clumsily towards adulthood.

Controlled by rules, driven by desire and soaked in guilt, they make painful choices to learn who they are and how to survive in a harsh and unforgiving world.

From an awkward first date to a stolen baby and the death of a much loved grandfather, this passionate production is both funny and tragic.

With beautiful new music by Oliver Charles Wood, Broken raises more questions than it answers.

Directed by Karen Binks.
